The daily tariffs’ payment has to be done when you Check-in

Attention:
Child less than 6 years old does not pay if she/he is with her/his parents. It is allowed only one free child per apartment.
The prices beside are related to the private and indoors parking with tracking 24 hours, with the benefits offered in each apartment.

tariffs for low season
Since 01/03/2010 untill 14/12/2010

These prices are in reference to daily rates for 2 people.
For each extra person who is staying at the same apartment, it will be charged an extra of R$ 35,00 during the “Low Season”.

In case of withdrawal during the Christmas, Carnival and Eve, there will be no return of the deposit of 50% of the reserve.
